During this time, the Prefect Cloud API will be inaccessible for a brief period, which is typically less than ten minutes, but may last for up to an hour. While work may run late during this maintenance window, no work or data will be lost.

[Update] [TIME CHANGE] Prefect Cloud will be moving up our scheduled maintenance to this Saturday, 3/29/25 at 21:00 UTC, in order to apply critical security patches to our Redis instances. We apologize for the change in schedule. As a reminder - during this time, the Prefect Cloud API will be inaccessible for a brief period, which is typically less than ten minutes, but may last for up to an hour. While work may run late during this maintenance window, work or data will not be lost.

[Resolved] The gaps in processing have been addressed and Late runs are operating normally as of 3/19.

[Resolved] Between 3/9 and 3/18, some Scheduled flow runs may not have been marked Late in a timely fashion. Rather than retroactively marking these older runs Late, we are leaving those Scheduled runs in place to avoid inadvertently triggering their related automations.

Upcoming WorkOS MaintenancePlanned Maintenance

Description

On Saturday, March 8th, from 7:00 AM PST to 10:00 AM PST (10:00 AM EST – 1:00 PM EST), WorkOS will be performing maintenance on their core infrastructure to increase capacity and enhance reliability. During this time, Prefect Cloud may experience increased latency and error rates when logging in or handling directory sync events. Orchestration services will not be affected.
